We have a Sterile injectable (in ampoules) unit at Ankleshwar, we can fill 0.5 ml to 10 ml ampoules both Terminally Sterilized or aseptically filled ampoules. and batch size from 3 liters to 1000 liters.
We also have Super Heated Water Shower for sterilization of heat sensitive products.
we have a high speed imported ampoule integrated line with online particle counter (Interlocked with the machine) which has 12 filling head and capacity of 4,50,000 ampoules for 2ml per day. to match with production capacity we have high speed fully automatic ampoule inspection machine from Brevettie from Italy, which can go 450 ampoules/ min and its first machine in India of its kind. we also have high-speed ampoule labeling machine (600 amp/min) and blister machine (800 amp/min 1or2 ml).
Our plant is comparatively new but we have state of the art facility and we will be the youngest company to get EUGMP in shortest span, for EUGMP we have tied up with one company and in next month we'll start taking stability batches.
